About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office
Working closely within the Aftersales Department, your duties as Customer Service Advisor will include:
- First Time Resolution problem solving for our customers via telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate and concise records
- Creation of job cards
- Liaising with colleagues on a regular basis
- General office duties
As Customer Service Advisor you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department. Experience in a similar role is preferred, however we will provide training on all aspects of our internal in-house systems.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, and Friday 8.30am – 5pm. This role is fully office based
