About The Role

Machine Mart are looking for a Parts Administrator to join within an established team and a busy environment, centrally located at out Nottingham Head Office.
You will be part of a team who are vital to the functioning of the company. Liaising with 65 stores nationwide and our customers.
Below are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
  • Optimising the efficiency and performance of the Parts department through active administrative support
  • Processing of supplier orders and booking them onto the system
  • Outstanding order chasing and follow up
  • General daily administrative duties to include filing, photo-copying, mail / e-mail  management
  • Provide telephone support to both customers and stores
