About The Role
Please note that all face to face interviews will be carried out with strict adherence to COVID-19 safety precautions and measures. These will be shared with you at point of invitation.
This varied and responsible role includes:
  • Working with the e-Commerce manager and development agency to both test and refine ongoing website development projects
  • Managing our full range of social media activity – including set-up and analysis of ongoing campaigns
  • Maintaining and improving our affiliate marketing relationships to help drive sales
  • Creating and administrating regular competitions and giveaways across major social media channels
  • Creating web and email graphics using Adobe suite including Photoshop
  • Working with and supervising our in-house copywriters
  • Working with the Customer Service department to manage customer review requests
  • Helping to compile and send online customer surveys and analysing the results
  • Search Engine Optimisation & copywriting
  • Using our bespoke content management system to carry out basic website admin tasks
  • Managing product videos on Vimeo and Youtube
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
  • Several Years experience in Digital Marketing
  • You will be a creative individual, organised with hands on experience and knowledge of the Adobe software suite including Photoshop
  • Experience of generating and managing social media activity
  • Experience with affiliate marketing programmes
  • Proven success working on website development projects to drive increases in conversion and sales
  • Familiar with measuring website performance
  • Copywriting experience with a keen eye for detail
  • To be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of our product range is desirable!
