Branded Supplier Service Administrator

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator, to join our Aftersales Service team based in our centrally located Nottingham Head Office.

You will play a vital role as Branded Suppliers Administrator, being the friendly voice of Machine Mart; you will be a key point of contact between our 65 stores nationwide, our customers and our suppliers. Your duties will be varied and include data inputting, handling inbound calls, updating records and spreadsheets, filing and archiving and an amount of Goods In duties too.

To succeed in this role you will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with previous experience in data entry, therefore a high level of accuracy is essential. You will have an excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills, also being confident when assisting customers face to face. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines and be able to build and wrap pallets.

The working hours are 8:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.
