Engineering, Aftersales & Technical Support

Aftersales - Our customer service doesn't stop once a product has been sold. The Aftersales department is where our customers are looked after following their purchase. It means customers can buy with confidence, knowing that should they require any further technical advice, support or servicing, we are here to help.

Whichever position you choose, each member of our team can often have two or three jobs on the go at any one time so you will need to be adaptable, organised and proactive. Of course, as part of a multi-disciplinary team that deals direct with customers and colleagues, you will also need to get on well with people.

Engineering - Based at our Central Service Centre, we offer affordable, efficient and specialist repairs. Whether our customers need repair work carrying out, or just a service to keep their equipment in perfect working order, we cover it all. And that’s where you come in, as our Engineers work on our entire range of equipment and machinery. So, you could find yourself repairing Power Washers in the morning, servicing a Compressor by lunchtime and onto fixing Generators in the afternoon. Many leading manufacturers have appointed us as their Service Agent in recognition of our professionalism and reliability. Join us as an experienced Engineer or an Apprentice Engineer and you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of product repairs and servicing.

As well as engineers working on product, we have Maintenance Engineers to take care of store premises and Head Office. Undertaking a wide range of repair works, you’ll join our team already experienced in decorating, roofing, joinery, plumbing, shop fitting, welding, bricklaying and concreting. It’s the Maintenance team who ensure our facilities are kept in top condition for our teams and our customers.

Goods in/out - Goods in/out is our warehousing section of the Aftersales department. In this role you'll be receiving and despatching deliveries, pallet building / wrapping, processing and organising collections and liaising with our store staff nationwide.

Technical Support - At Machine Mart we want our customers to get the most out of everything they buy from us and so we offer unrivalled Technical Support. Our technical phone lines are covered 6 days a week to ensure customers get total peace of mind. Given our extensive product range, you will join us with some knowledge on the ranges we sell as well as a keen interest to develop this knowledge further, allowing you to advise both customers and store colleagues alike with your technical expertise!
